Hello,
I am a third year PhD student at the University of Chicago broadly interested in (mainly British, some German) science and literature from about 1750-1830, and more particularly in the concept of generation, regeneration, and "the spark of life" across disciplines during that time. I am recently interested in the use of visual images in scientific writings, though this remains somewhat uncharted territory for me. I look forward to meeting you all next week!
